  • Cash payment or Bank Transfer – If paid via bank transfer, all additional charges and fees related to the transfer will be borne by you. The amount must be transferred in advance before check in, only after our accounting department confirmed the amount in the bank we can allow guest to check in.
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)/ Debit Card – The credit card authorization form can be provided by us on your request. Please note that you have to return to us duly filled and signed credit card authorization form, through email, along with a copy of your credit card (both sides should be copied) to process the said payment. Depending on the booking payment terms, you may pay by credit or debit card at the time of arrival.
Virunga Inn Resort & SPA have the usual Check-in time after 13:00 and Check-out time before 11:00 (AM). Of course, we would try our best to make avail the rooms for your arrival. However, we cannot guarantee in advance since rooms will be subjected to availability of the night before. If you need to confirm an early Check-in, you could also book the night before or a special price based on number of hours. On the other hand, if you need to confirm a late Check-out, you could request a special price for it. Late Check Out after 6.00 pm will be charged full night.
Yes you can do online booking. Should you wish to pay by credit card, we will be happy to send you the pre-authorization credit card form for you to fill and send back to us.
Yes, you can and your reservation will be duly noted. But it will be considered temporary and can be cancelled at any time if another guest makes a confirmed reservation for the same room for the same date. It is advisable to confirm the booking by sending email to reservation@virungainn.com
For confirmed reservations, a deposit of at least 50 percent of the cost must be made to our Virunga Inn Resort & SPA account mentioned in the invoice to be provided. You can send us an email to reservation@virungainn.com attaching the deposit slip or transfer evidence. Please present your deposit receipt to the front desk upon check-in for billing purposes. You can also pay by credit card via the pre-authorization credit card form.
Unless reservations are confirmed, all our rooms are available on a first come first serve basis for drop-in guests. You may not be able to get the room you want without first confirming a previously made temporary reservation by email.
If you contact our front desk at least 14 days prior to your check-in date to either cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation then you can get a full refund of your confirmation deposit and will not be assessed additional charges for booking changes. If the cancellation of the confirmed booking is within 12 to 14 days prior to the check-in date then 100 percent of the confirmation deposit will be deducted.

Yes, we do provide free parking for all our resort guests and visitors.
Yes, we have free WIFI in our main building, main lobby, lounging area and function room. Password access is available upon request from our front desk staff.
